When is a reasonable timeframe to hear after I:v

Total stupid I know but while the interviewer said they'd be in touch, I didn't ask when. The Interview was last Wednesday. No word as of yet? Do u reckon I would have heard by now. Don't think I would have taken the job but would have liked to have had the choice (terms and conditions were not as good as where I am and the boss to be would have been meh).

If there were no second interviews and if all candidates were being interviewed on one day (two big ifs there!) then I would expect an offer to be made to the successful candidate on Friday so they could consider it over the weekend. The absolute earliest that contracts would go out would therefore be today and I wouldn't expect the unsuccessful candidates to be told before the potential employee has accepted, at least verbally. I would hope that you might hear by the end of the week one way or another?
