Has anyone got any experience of having a wooden office or studio built in their garden? I'm talking about the upgraded shed type office with insulation & electrics. If so, have you been happy with it? Is it warm in the winter? Does paperwork etc stay dry or does it get damp? Thinking of investing in one but worried about making an expensive mistake if it ends up being cold & damp.
