MA HR Dissertation Topic?

I'm about to embark on a MA and want to do something around Emotional Intelligence - any bright ideas for a dissertation topic? All ideas gratefully received. Thanks

Depends on your field/ interests? For example, I did a childhood based degree, so would have been interested in doing something about emotional intelligence in gifted children. So, bit more info?

I did an assignment on emotional intelligence when completing my cipd. I can't remember what the topic related to, I'll try and find it. I remember I looked at Daniel Goleman's work quite a bit.

OOOOhhh I've just been reading about this very thing for my own MA!
If you google 'Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace' you'll get loads. Also, try Leadership and emotional intelligence (my MA is in leadership) and that's an interesting angle to explore.
