Depends partly on your industry. I work in IT, and typically you get one interview which is mostly techy, sometimes written, asking details of commands and so on (and is the bit I usually screw up on.) The other is more about general experience - how did you handle a particular situation, that sort of thing.

They may ask you more of the same, but with a different slant on the questions. Were there any questions you felt you were a bit weak on in the first interview? They might want to find out more about that. Also, were there questions you came away with? Now's your chance to find more.

You can't have exhausted things to say about yourself, so think about what the job role is, how you can demonstrate your ability to do it. Have some STAR examples prepared.

And good luck!

Good luck for second interview. For some roles having a two stage interview process is about saving the time of the senior people who you'll only see if you get to a second interview. Do you know if the panel is different for the second interview?
