need help drafting a proposal for a creche at work

hi everyone,
would love to get some help from all you clever mumsnetters out there in drafting a really professional sounding proposal to the bosses for a creche at work..any ideas anyone?

Hi there. You'll need to highlight the benefits of an on-site creche - productive, contented workforce to offset additional costs - are there grants available for such things. Wasn't the government sponsoring such things at one time??? Do you know how much this would cost in initial outlay ie staff numbers. Have you polled people to see how many would use it and what they would be prepared in paying towards this. Blimey lots of questions sorry. Just firing these off whilst I think of them.
