Is my manager obliged to forward my payslips whilst i have been on mat leave?

come on someone please,i want some fuel as i hate my manager!

We make a point to send out wage slips of any one on long term sick or mat leave (does that help?)

Meant to say that last month my pay was a lot more so i dont know if i have been over paid or if it is back pay,by the way he lives literally 5 minutes walk from me.

yes they should pass them on. our payroll automatically post them out rather than sending into the workplace.

Your pay might have been more depending in when your qualifying week fell - if it was a week when loads of bonuses or overtime was done then you'll gonna get more money on mat leave as it done on percentage of earnings in a given week.
