Behaviour changes in 3 year old

I've recently returned to work for 4 days a week. My 3 year old has not adjusted well. He won't eat and his behaviour is getting worse. My 2 year old is great with the changes. They go to a great childminder 2 days a week then with me and daddy the rest of the days. My mum says he's fretting after me. He went through a stage of screaming when I left him with child minder. He gets really upset when it comes to food. He's never been great at eating but I'm worried. Should I quit my job?

I think you should keep at it,you could give up work but he could still have these difficulties.how long have you been back at work?i think that as every child is different you may just need to push on with it.what will it avhieve giving up now?hes not in danger by what youre doing, you arent mistreating him,it must be heartbreaking but id say hold on.
