I want to train women in basic IT

I have wanted to train women in IT for a long while now and keep "researching" but not actually doing anything about it but now I have given myself 3 months to get my act together. But I am confused as I think I need to set up a business first (ltd company?) before I can apply for any funding...is this correct? or should I set myself upo as a charity? Want to target immigrant women/ or speakers of other languages/or just those who are at a disadvantage - another worry is would this market be a profitable one? Am confused as to the best approach any ideas anyone?

Have a look at the learning skills council website. I think they have resources in most areas to advise on training initiatives and may also be able to offer funding
