We had to get this in by 30 th sept. I did it for all my staff by the due date. Had appraisal with my boss (who has just me by the way) and I haven't seen the write up yet. Reminded her about it (its a one page form). She said shed do it this week. I know she is busy but this lack of 'care' about employees pisses me off. I know she is working right now on sun. Then she is going on hol for a week and a half. Shd I remind her while she is working now? AIBU?
