does anyone do it?/how do u get into it? do u need and qualifications or anything?

i'd like to do it I think from home, but just wondering if anyone else does it and also how much money you can potenitally earn.

I'd be a bit suspicious of companies that advertise for proof readers. I do know that a lot of them are actually illegal pyramid schemes and they only want you to recruit other people to recruit other people etc. The actually work never appears. Like the stuffing envelope scam.

Do they still even need proof readers..? What with everything done on computers with spell checkers, grammar checkers etc.
