I worked at hotel for 2years. Went on maternity. Now my child 1year old i have to come back to work. I asked my employer if would be possible to work part time. The HR would not mind but the head of department decided not to give me part time. I would like to appeal to Employment tribunal. Do i need the lower? Do I have any chance to win the case? Thank you for advice.
