First redundancy consultation on Wednesday

5 jobs in my team have been put at risk. I am hoping to be made redundant as company usually offers a decent redundancy package and the is a very bad work atmosphere in my team.

I just wanted to ask anyone out there who has experience in this area if there is anything important I should say (or not) during this meeting? Any tricks and tips at all? Btw, I am on ml at the moment.

I'm not an expert, but have been through this process a few times. I think you need to ask if there will be an opportunity to volunteer for redundancy. As you're on maternity leave they are likely to guarantee you one of the remaining jobs unless you volunteer.
