I have been offere a chance to buy this bbusiness its all set uo and doing good.
The manager is moving away to live nearby her family.
Any advice woukd be welcome

Does it employ staff? You would probably have to keep them on under TUPE.

Have you discussed a price for the business yet?

Will you be taking over her role as manager? If so you will need NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare or playwork.

I think I'd want a professional opinion to be honest. Not sure who would value it for you - speak to a local accountant and take it from there. I'd want to be doing a good risk assessment.
