Hi everyone.
Does anyone work for network rail and have a better understanding of maternity pay than me?! I'm currently pregnant, entitled to mat pay (and v nice it is too!) but not sure if il be coming back to work. I currently commute for one and a half hours each way and I'm not sure if il be up for doing that once that baby is here.
My question is, do I have to pay back any of my mat pay if I don't go back? I won't know what I want to do until the baby arrives so can't tell them in advance.
I've read the leave policy and don't think it mentions paying any back but I'm not sure.
