Does anyone know what it is like working for Bupa as a staff nurse? I had an interview which was quite gruelling but then I haven't been for an interview in years. I found it very daunting. I work for the NHS nights and so this is going to be so different. My gut feeling was not good, but I am not sure whether it's a combination of it all being new to me. and worried about starting a new job. There is quite a big dementia unit which is not me really. It seems to have a good induction programme and training opportunities however. I recognise that I am feeling a bit under confident about starting a new job. Any ideas please ?
