I'm currently job hunting.
On my CV I am putting down 4 years voluntary work and skills accrued with local charitable organisation. However, I'm not putting the Chair as a Referee, as I resigned earlier this year, due to Inequality. I also blew the whistle on misspending at the AGM.
I am expecting any interviewer to ask why I left the organisation. Am I better off giving the real reason I left or making something up?
How do employers tend to view those who have been whistle blowers in the past?
Thanks
