Just need feedback advise. Work at global company in Germany , 1 year back since 9month maternity leave as head of department full time & travel to uk and completely stressed about everything. Am I loosing my marbles. To cut it short I have a new boss after 10yrs of a great one and not getting on with new one as she is v detailed, short staffed, live in a foreign country so day care had some good and bad experiences. On top my dad just just got diagnosed with cancer but positively that he can get over this and husband is traveling a lot too . Not sure what I am asking you all anything but am wondering if I should stick with it as we want a 2nd child soon anyway. I know lots of you are in similar positions so just nice to hear I am not on my own. As I live in an expat bubble no one discusses juggling work/ kids as general feeling its seen as weakness. Thanks to just having a space to write it down. Makes me feel better
