Voluntary redundancy - no notice given once my request is approved

I did post on the redundancy section but wondered if anyone could give any advice?

Not sure what the question is, but if you are not given notice you should be paid it.

I applied for vol red and asked for them to look at immediately due to personal circumstances and the first thing i heard was an email saying i could have it and leaving date was the date email sent

Severance Package

Severance packages can comprise of a number of different payments or benefits made in relation to the termination of a person’s employment, which include (but are not limited to):

redundancy compensation

termination payments on ground of business efficiency
