Hello everyone
I am in the last year of a combined honours program, majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology.
After reading a similar tread on choosing a dissertation topic. I felt to reach out asking for ideas on topics that encompasses both fields.
I work as an Academic Support Representative at my student union, and the job description is focused on training, coaching, diversity and leadership skills.
My interest is on Organisational Culture and/or Glass Ceiling in regards to Women in Senior Management Positions.
HR personnel contributions would be a bonus, still, I would appreciate any comments or links to relevant websites etc...
