Interview for job at Nursery, what are good questions to ask?

I have a job interview at a Day Nursery this week. I am looking for some advice on what questions I could ask at the end of the interview.

What is the staff turnover? (High staff turnover.... bad employer and bad reputation)

Do they put you on extra training courses to keep you upto date with the latest policies etc
