Sending a parcel to Australia

I am a very small Internet based business and I have today been asked to send a parcel to Australia. The item is a small value item therefore the customer will not want to spend a huge amount on postage. Can anyone recommend a postage company for a parcel?

I send a lot of orders to Australia via royal mail airmail and nothing has ever gone missing.

The majority of mine cost £3.50 - £4.50 to post and tracking is usually £5.50 on top of that (I only use tracking if the order value is over £30)

What size is your parcel?
