I'm going back to work soon after maternity leave and my employer hasn't been as flexible as I would like.

For those who have a similar routine how and what time do you do breakfast, dinner and bed? I'm really worried about having a stressed and tired baby and feel guilty about leaving them too.

Sorry posted too soon - throwing her clothes on. We've perfected a morning turnaround for 3 of hours to 40 mins from alarm to leaving house.
