This may not be the right place to put this but was not sure where else. I just want to ask people about how they feel re trusting their work colleges with information. Not quite sure how to explain what I mean so bare with me . I have worked at a place for quite a number of years but in the last two have changed from nights to days. It appears that during the day alot more reporting to management goes on.
I have not been reported for anything. But I just don't feel like I can trust people with anything that I work with . Am I having the wrong mind set and should be there go be professional and not discuss anything unless I want the management to be told. How Is it for others? Any help would be great thanks.
