You are entitled to a written statement of particulars which basically sets out the main terms and conditions of your employment, and usually is in the form of a contract.

Do you have anything in writing?

Have you asked for one?

I got one to sign but then they lost it Confused I gave up asking for it a while ago.

Sorry now I'm confused. You said you haven't had a written contract but then say you did get one to sign but they've now lost it. Have you ever been given one or not!

Sorry that should have been a ? not a !

Yes, they have a standard one (100+ employees) but they've lost it. Lots of thing like this happen.

I am being bullied at the moment Hmm I have got another job so hopefully won't have endure this much longer. My stomach is churning and I am shaking with nerves. I have often felt like this working there - not great really.

So you have been given one, and signed it, and given it back, but they can't find their copy?

If you have had a contract and are leaving anyway I'm not sure what your concern is?
