Hi, I'm now 13Wks pregnant and have been at work 8months now. I told work at 6weeks and never heard anything back from them until last week. I briefly spoke with the HR who then said I was on probation still until they said I never knew I was on probation and now i'm waiting until they 'review' me in a week? Can I still lose my job even eight months into it?

In short yes. You can be sacked more or less at will for the 1st 2 years of your employment. However you cannot be sacked BECAUSE of your pregnancy.

Yes your employment can be terminated but if your employment is terminated because of your pregnancy this would be both sex discrimination and an automatically unfair dismissal. What exactly did HR say to you? PM me if you'd prefer
