Qu re maternity pay

Just trying to clear up my own confusion. I will only be getting SMP, no enhanced package. I had a substantial payrise when I was about 19 weeks pregnant. Does this mean that the 90% pay I will get for six weeks will be 90% of an average of my old pay for two weeks (weeks 17-19) and my new pay for seven weeks (weeks 19-25)?

Thanks!

It will be whatever wage you are on when you start your maternity leave, so the 90% of your higher salary

Yes it will be the higher salary Smile

SMP always has to be recalculated anyway if someone goes on to have a pay rise subsequently.
