I am scheduled to return to work in August. I have already informally agreed with my employer that I will return 3.5 days per week, but I need to make my request in writing. This is fine, but I'm having trouble with the bit where I need to describe the benefits to the company of my new arrangements. Apart from being less stressed at work and working more efficiently, I am struggling a bit. Realistically I will have to fit 5 days work into 3.5 days so clearly this benefits the company, but don't want to put this on the form! Any suggestions?
