Hi, I'm looking for some help. I'm looking to set up preschool activity classes (with a view to expanding into children's parties and perhaps in the future classes in the holidays for older children). I'm in Scotland (just in case that makes a difference).
I was wondering;
Will I need to get a disclosure?
Will I need any sort of insurance?
Is it a legal requirement to take "In case of emergency" information from parents (as opposed to just common sense)?
