Hi we all got called to an important meeting on Friday for a meeting today. Staff will be cut from 21 to 15! My boss on friday when I commented (she will head up the dept and seems no team leader really knew what was going on) said "you didn't hear this from me but don't worry". All well and good but I am worried. Some staff will be promoted and there are going to be 5 director levels. But some of the staff above me may be my new managers (yuk). Do you think these measures are to get rid of dead wood. Know have been told not to worry but.....eek! Am the main breadwinner and have 3 young children. We have a week to stew!
