Holiday pay.........

Anyone know the laws on holiday pay and entitlement?

I think you are entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks paid holiday (that's full pay)but most firms offer a bit more. That is the legal entitlement so if you are being offered less you are still entitled to that much. If you work pt you get 4 weeks pro rata to the amount you work

4 weeks is the legal minimum. However, employers are not legally obligated to pay bank holidays. But, it would very unusual for them not to.

What is the job?
