I have just gone back to work 3 weeks and I'm pregnant again . Will I get maternity leave and pay?

You get maternity leave regardless.

In terms of maternity pay, it depend on several things:

Whether it's a new job - for SMP you need 26 weeks continuous service by the time you are 25 weeks pregnant.

Whether you earn enough in the 'qualifying period' between weeks 17 and 25 of pregnancy. Sometimes women don't where they are still on a previous maternity leave at that time, but it sounds as though that doesn't apply to you.

If your employer offers enhanced maternity pay, what the terms and conditions of that are.
