Can anybody work out my holiday entitlement going back after mat leave

My holiday year runs from April - March with my entitlement mean 24 days plus 8 stats.
I work a 38 hour week but am on mat leave. I'm thinking of going back the beginning of August on a 3 day 24 hour week.
Can anybody work out my holiday entitlement? I know I'll accrue April-August at the full time rate and then the rest of the year pro-rata but I can't work out what I'll get.

I presume they'll give me my holiday in hours rather than days with the two days lengths being different?

Depends on company-mine worked out in hours but rounded down, (always down) to nearest half day for annual entitlement.

So what you need to do usually is take your standard 24+8=32 per year (you'll also accrue this on mat leave)

32/working days so if you work 3 days a week=32/5*3=19.2 days but then you must take any bank hols that fall on your working days as deductions from this total iyswim? So if you would be scheduled to be in work but office closed for 3 bank hols over the year then 19.2-3=16.2 days that you can choose as hols.

I think this is right, your hr dept should be able to confirm but most of the folk in my hr dept always got the calcs wrong!

Good luck
