Thinking about it and need some advice!

Hi is there anyone who runs an independent shop (gift/homeware ideally) - could be online or physical shop - who would be happy to answer a few questions by email. Will only take 5 mins of your time, not trying to sell you anything I promise, just doing some research! Please PM me if you can help.
