Why does he do this?

I've been shadowing a bloke 3 years older than me so I can learn the ropes. All he's done is belittle me, be rude to me, take the piss out of me to both myself and others and make me feel thick. I don't learn anything from him and almost cried at work today. Why is he doing this?

Because he's a twat. Can you talk to your manager about it?

She already knows I'm just waiting to see what the outcome is. He really is the biggest twat I've ever met.
