Pre booked holiday and job interview!

Asking for DD!

She is looking to apply for a full time office admin role with a temp agency.

Last year I booked us a week's holiday starting end of July. If she's successful she'll begin work beginning of June.

Will they honour the holiday? Does she need to mention it in the interview if she isn't asked by them?

yes she should ask at interview, they can only say no !

Yes bring it up as a things they should know, near the end of the interview, say something like, "if I'm successful, I know you want me to start beg. of June, I have a holiday booked a month later, would it be acceptable if I take a holiday at that time" Obviously would be unpaid at that stage.

Thank you both of you, no problem with it being unpaid but it would be a shame to lose the booking!

I am sure they ask at interviews about any holidays already booked, as long as she lets them know there shouldn't be a problem.
