I have just launched a new web site (www.flexibleskillsbank.co.uk) for mums who are looking for part time or more flexible work.
The only way this is going to work is if I can build up a really good database of mums, who can offer loads of skills and experience and show to companies what a valuable pool of resources they ar missing out on if they don't think more flexibly about employment.
At the moment I am just trying it out in Hertfordshire to see what a response i get, but if any of you live in or near to Herts, or know anyone who does, please can you spread the word? I think it could be a great way for mums to find work that fits in with their family commitments.
What do you all think? Any feedback greatly appreciated.
