Managing multiple twitter accounts

Is there any easy way to manage multiple twitter accounts? I've just set up a work one for my new business, but I've got a personal one as well, but am looking for an easy way to manage both on my laptop and iPhone

Hoot suite, Tweetdeck? Various apps but it's very much personal taste. I would try a few.

I like ubersocial app on my android phone to manage my twitter accounts. It is easy to switch between accounts. They do an iphone and blackberry version too. It is free, or you can get rid of advertising if you pay a little.

I love bufferapp for scheduling tweets (which can also help if you are managing two accounts) but do find it better on a desktop. It does have a phone version.
