How to Start ???

Hello All,

I'm sure that this topic has been covered before and I apologies in advance !!

I'm want to start my own baby food business and would like to some advice on starting it from home. I looked at all the information on the FSA website and understand the requirements, however I would like to know

1. If I need a separate kitchen at home.
2. Where or what is a good source of information about preserving, bottling etc.
3. If I was looking for a company to manufacturer the food for me, where should I start.
