Pregant again whilst on additional maternity leave

Help!! I need advice a friend has informed me today I may be entitled to Maternity Pay again whilst on additional maternity leave. I was due to go back to work in June but handed my notice in, then found out I was pregant. Does anybody have any advice???

will need to check your policy - for me if in your situation I would only get SMP. i only get my full benefits (6mth full pay, accrued annual leave) if return to work in between, even if it is only 4wks (I have to return not pregnant!). if you can return to work now you might actually get your full benefits but don't know.

just re-read - missed the bit about notice - if you've handed in your notice and its accepted then you may not get anything even though you were pregnant before notice period ends. Though may get SMP? I'd direct you to the maternity alliance website but don't think its there anymore. maybe try CAB?
