I would like to thank my employer for telling me today (that because I work part time and choose to pick my 2 young girls from school, rather than pay 85% of a meagre salary on child care for 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week!. I am not worth the investment of further training/development within the Company she owns. I would also like to acknowledge the backhanded way that I am now junior to a colleague who I trained as a Systems Auditor (as mentioned in my "performance review", to a very high standard). Thank you for giving me no further option but to resign!, and for the freedom this will give me in finding out who I am (again!) and begin to build the confidence that you and your coven have sucked out of me.
