Bitches I have to work with !!!

Sorry if I'm on wrong bit, new member here !
I am returning to work after along period of ill health. I have to work with 3 older women on a rota who last year whistle blew on me for something that was later unfounded . However due to hr mistake I had the paperwork delivered to meso found out who had blown the whistle on me . As you can imagine I felt stabbed in the back by people I thought were friends. This contributed to my illness and made my recovery a long drawn out process. How am I supposed to work with these bitches who have shown they're real colours. I want to scream at them and even punch them but am having to pretend all is ok . If I didn't love my job so much ,and didn't need the money I would leave .
I'm back in tomo and feel sick at the thought of it already . Help !!

I think you just need to let your work speak for itself, rise above everything else, be respectful and polite at all times. A line manager once gave me great advice about 'killing people with kindness'!

I'm not sure why you mention the three other women are 'older', why is that relevant? Could it be that there's more to the background between you all than the grievance/complaint?

I think I said that because they are old school and like to do things the old way . I also feel a bit out of their little gang as they spend free time together . I do agree tho , kill with kindness and be professional !

Make sure you are in a union so that you have someone to help/advise in case they try anything underhand and nasty again.

I don't know, could you confront them and just ask them exactly what their problem exactly is??

I agree - take the higher ground (not difficult as they sound like 'lowlifes' :) ) and get your revenge by being brilliant at your job. If it helps, consider the fact that you have the upper hand because you know what they have done! That said, you don't need to let them know you know, or use it in any underhand way.

My sister once passed on (what I think is) a brilliant bit of wisdom - feeling bitterness towards someone is like drinking poison and hoping they will die.

Don't let what they have done ruin your return to the job you love. Turn their negativity into motivation to do even better in your role. If they dislike you that much, seeing you succeed will be all the revenge you need!

This happened to me also, I hate the person who caused me a lot of pain and suffering. I go to work, smile, make a point in talking to the person who contributed greatly to my situation and keep a good old saying in my mind that my dad used to say which is " God doesn't pay back in pennies". Hope all is going well with your job keep your chin up and don't let anyone wear you down x
