Hi has anyone opened a deli or coffee shop from scratch instead of buying one? Or does anyone own either of these?
I really would love a deli its something I have wanted to do for the last 5 years or so. There is a market for one in my town which is a reasonably well off area. Just wondered how much it would cost.
I already have my own well established business running cooking classes but am ready to move on now to something more full on.
Any advice would be greatly received!
