Got second interview - how will it differ from first ?

5 initially had interviews , I have been asked to come back for second.

I assume they are down to 2 of us .
3 on panel , 2 different from first and more senior.

What can be expected ?

V much depends on your profession, but when this happens at my place of work, they have usually already decided but either their manager wants to meet the person as well or they just want to run it past other people to be sure. Sometimes 2 candidates can be v similar in terms of experience/what they bring; then it comes down to personality.

It's usually a lot more of the same. Think back to your first interview, anything you would have preferred to go/say differently. Have you been asked to prepare a presentation or anything?

They informed me of second interview end of last week , yesterday they phoned to say that there would be an 'exercise' - would I be OK time wise to add on another 30 -45 mins to interview.

No presentation as yet - perhaps they are drip feeding me to put on the pressure !

A friend of mine who works there reckons it will be an inbox exercise.
