OH Sh%T I have got an interview...now i just hope they are not interviewing me becasue they feel they have to

Well, you will get greater satisfaction when you get the job if you do the cold turkey route and have the extra money to go out and celebrate with !

also feel like i would need to have a session a few weeks bdfore to make sure it was okay..and just feel like i have to get a grip and get on with it..It is only an interview ffs!

mainly about this. I manage to controll my nerves about most things but it is a backlash from having terrible panic attacks . They are all but gone now, however if I have to do something like this i gooin to 'panic ' mode

do you take vitamin B complex vitamin, the mega potency ones?

I take them everyday as i think i am low on vit B and that is what causes my anxiety more. it seems to re4ally help and make me feel better

you are bound to be nervous about an interview though, everyone is!

I honestly doubt that they would interview you because they felt obliged. At most, they would have given a detailed and freindly explanation of why other candidates had more experience blah blah!
