TUPE question

I have over 15 years service in a public sector organisation. This clearly is significant in terms of pension and potential redundancy payouts.

If I am tuped over to a new compnay with same terms and conditions, do I take my years of serivce also? So that if I am made redundant will I get the payment based on my 15 yrs service or just the service in the new company?

Any advice? Thanks.
