Npower intervoew please help

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has had an npower intsrview. I know that theres a telephone interview first as i had one a few month ago but failed. But hey... Atleast know what to expect on that 1. Its the assesment centre... What should i expect? How do i go on? Have u got any advice??

If you pass the telephone interview, it is over to the 'assesment centre'.
All that you do there is a short little literacy test to see if you can spell words such as 'electricity' and a quick little numeracy test followed by a pretend telephone call where you are given a script to follow.
There is nothing to it :)
