I am working 16hrs a week, my partner 40hrs a week. We have been overpaid in the past so our CTC was reduced to pay this back. We get £300 help a month for childcare. I was just curious, if i Stopped work, Would i still get CTC as the children wouldnt be in nursery and i am just wondering if the overpayment would affect this.
