Hi, I'm a trained maternity nurse. Does anyone know if you can work as a maternity care support worker or even a maternity nursery nurse on a maternity nurse qualification? It says on the N.C.T website that N.C.T trained doula's have used their qualification to become N.H.S maternity care support workers, which is why I'm wondering if trained maternity nurses can also use their maternity nurse qualifications to become maternity care support workers.

You don't need any specific qualifications to be a maternity care support worker, just a reasonable standard of education and evidence of an aptitude for care work. You are therefore a good candidate.
