Unsigned contract

I started a new job on Monday and appear to have inherited the moron boss from hell - great!

I'm trying to decide whether I'm going to stay or not. I only received my contract on Monday and haven't signed or returned it yet. Where does that leave me legally? Ordinarily, I would have to give one month's notice.

Advice please!

FRom memory once you accept the pay its as good as signing the contract.
Just tell him why yopu are not happy and see what happens
