Thats it really - have seen that there is a typing test which I am worried about as I cannot touch type at all. Do you think this will go against me? I am accurate though!!! Any tips for the interview I would be so grateful thanks

Watch out for deliberate mistakes such as patient the letter is addressed to being mr smith but in the letter he is referred to as mr jones. . Don't worry about touch typing as long as you have a bit of speed. Don't forget to spell check, if you're nervous you mite miss something silly.
Interview wise I'm not the best one but make sure you read the trusts policy and do a bit of research on the ward you will be covering ie if it specialises in a particular field try to have a basic knowledge. Good luck.

Remember to say how you are aware of the importance of confidentiality in this job. Also the importance of health and safety as there will be patients, staff, visitors about.
That you can keep calm in a difficult situation - even if you think you'd panic, don't let on !
The importance of accuracy and attention to detail in all your work as 2 patients can have the same name so mistakes can be made with notes etc.
That's all I can think of for now - good luck.
